Welcome to Vega Profile Works. By purchasing or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
1. Our Services
Vega Profile Works provides professional document services, including:
- Resume creation
- Resume updates
- Resume makeovers
- ATS optimization
- Cover letters
- LinkedIn profile optimization
- Professional biographies
- Other professional career-document services offered on our website
Our services are intended to help clients professionally present their education, experience, skills, and qualifications.
2. Client Information
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information.
Vega Profile Works will use the information provided by the client to prepare the requested documents. We are not responsible for errors, omissions, or inaccurate information supplied by the client.
Clients should review their completed documents carefully before using or submitting them to employers.
3. Resume Content
Vega Profile Works may edit, reorganize, and professionally rewrite information provided by the client.
We will not intentionally create false employment history, education, credentials, certifications, achievements, or other qualifications.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that all information included in their professional documents is truthful and accurate.
4. Client Intake Form
Before work begins, clients may be required to complete a client intake form and provide the information necessary to complete their order.
Work may not begin until all required information has been received.
If information is missing or clarification is required, the delivery time may be extended.
5. Payment
Payment must be received before work begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Prices for services are listed on the Vega Profile Works website and may be changed at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been paid for.
Additional services or revisions outside the original package may require an additional fee.
6. Revisions
Each service includes a specific number of revisions as stated in the service description.
A revision means reasonable changes to the document based on the information originally provided by the client.
Requests that require substantial new content, a complete change of direction, or information not included in the original submission may be considered additional work and may require an additional fee.
7. Delivery
Standard delivery times are stated on the applicable service page.
Delivery times begin after:
- Full payment has been received; and
- All required client information has been submitted.
Delays caused by incomplete information, late responses, or failure to provide requested materials are not considered delays caused by Vega Profile Works.
8. Rush / Express Services
If an express or rush service is available, an additional fee may apply.
Rush orders are subject to availability and must be confirmed by Vega Profile Works before payment.
9. Refunds and Cancellations
Because our services involve personalized work created specifically for each client, orders that have already entered the production process may not be eligible for a refund.
If a client requests cancellation before work has begun, Vega Profile Works may, at its discretion, provide a refund according to the circumstances of the order.
Once substantial work has been completed, refunds may not be available.
If you have a concern about your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the situation.
10. Final Review
Clients are responsible for reviewing their final documents before submitting them to employers, recruiters, schools, organizations, or other third parties.
Vega Profile Works is not responsible for errors that were present in the information originally provided by the client or for errors that the client approves after reviewing the final document.
11. No Employment Guarantee
Vega Profile Works does not guarantee:
- Employment
- Interviews
- Job offers
- Promotions
- Salary increases
- Recruiter responses
- Applicant Tracking System results
- Acceptance into any employer, organization, or program
Our services are designed to improve the professional presentation of your information, but hiring decisions are made by employers and other third parties.
12. LinkedIn Services
LinkedIn optimization services provide professional writing and recommendations for improving a client’s LinkedIn profile.
Clients remain responsible for making changes to their own LinkedIn account unless a separate service arrangement has been agreed upon.
Vega Profile Works will never require or request a client’s LinkedIn password.
13. Client Confidentiality
We respect the confidentiality of information provided for the purpose of completing an order.
Client information will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.
Clients should not submit unnecessary sensitive information, including Social Security numbers, passwords, banking information, or government identification numbers.
14. Intellectual Property
The personalized resume and professional documents created for a client are intended for that client’s personal and professional use.
Vega Profile Works retains ownership of its original templates, designs, processes, formatting systems, and business materials.
Clients may not resell, redistribute, reproduce, or commercially distribute Vega Profile Works templates or proprietary materials unless written permission has been provided.
15. Portfolio and Marketing Use
Vega Profile Works will not publicly display a client’s personal information, resume, or professional documents for marketing purposes without the client’s permission.
Any sample resumes displayed on our website may contain fictional names and information or information that has been appropriately anonymized.
16. Third-Party Services
Our website may use third-party services for payment processing, website hosting, forms, file storage, email, analytics, or other business functions.
Use of those services may be subject to the third party’s own terms and privacy policies.
17. Prohibited Use
Clients may not use Vega Profile Works services to create fraudulent, deceptive, or intentionally misleading professional documents.
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a service request that involves unlawful activity, fraud, impersonation, or intentionally falsified credentials.
18. Website Content
The information provided on the Vega Profile Works website is for general informational purposes.
We make reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate, but we do not guarantee that all website content will always be complete, current, or error-free.
19. Changes to These Terms
Vega Profile Works may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions to the extent permitted by applicable law.
